What Palantir Pack is

Palantir Pack is a plugin published in the jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace repository on GitHub, which has about 2.8k stars. The repository describes itself as: “Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com.”

A plugin is a package that bundles skills, slash commands, subagents, hooks, and MCP connectors so they install together. Plugins are plain files with a manifest at .claude-plugin/plugin.json, and they work in both Claude Code and Claude Cowork.

Installing Palantir Pack adds everything it ships in one step. Connectors inside a plugin still need to be connected separately, and hooks and subagents only run in Cowork and Claude Code, not in regular chat.

What this pack covers

The 24 skills separate the major Foundry operating surfaces instead of treating Palantir as one generic REST API:

  • Python transforms, incremental transaction semantics, compute-engine selection, build checks, and metrics.
  • Ontology modeling and generated OSDK applications, including bounded queries, Functions, validated Actions, and subscriptions.
  • Platform SDK clients and Developer Console OAuth grants, scopes, resource restrictions, service users, and secret handling.
  • Compute Modules, Developer Console applications, DevOps products, Marketplace installations, spaces, release channels, and rollback.
  • Projects, group roles, mandatory controls, Ontology object/property security, log access, audit exports, and data governance.
  • Production readiness, observability, incident response, migrations, limits, performance, and upgrade discipline.

Every skill includes a dated references/official-docs.md evidence map. Re-check those first-party sources and target-enrollment behavior before any live change.

Installation

/plugin install palantir-pack@claude-code-plugins-plus

Or install one workflow from the public catalog:

npx skills add https://github.com/jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace --skill palantir-install-auth

Skills

Non-negotiable boundaries

  • Use the generated OSDK for the exact Developer Console application; do not invent Ontology entity names.
  • Treat OAuth scopes, Developer Console restrictions, principal permissions, project roles, and mandatory controls as separate evidence.
  • Treat preview, checks, full builds, metrics, logs, and audit logs as different surfaces.
  • Never log, commit, or package bearer tokens, client secrets, protected object values, or raw datasets.
  • Require explicit owner approval for production builds, Actions, access changes, exports, deployments, and rollback.
  • Do not present external Cloud Run, generic webhook registration, fixed data-size bands, or handwritten SDK migrations as Palantir contracts.

Primary documentation

  • Foundry developer documentation
  • Developer API reference
  • Ontology SDK
  • Python transforms
  • DevOps release management
  • Compute Modules
  • Projects and roles

Before you install

  • Read the whole file first. Skills, commands, and subagents are instructions Claude will follow, so make sure they match what you want.
  • Check which tools, scripts, or MCP servers it uses. Local servers and scripts run with your permissions.
  • Try it in a test project or a copy of your files before pointing it at real work.
  • Pin the version you tested, and review changes before updating.
  • Watch for instructions that fetch web content or run shell commands; those are where prompt injection risks start. See our prompt injection guide.
