What Procore Pack is
Procore Pack is a plugin published in the jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace repository on GitHub, which has about 2.8k stars. The repository describes itself as: “Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com.”
A plugin is a package that bundles skills, slash commands, subagents, hooks, and MCP connectors so they install together. Plugins are plain files with a manifest at .claude-plugin/plugin.json, and they work in both Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
Installing Procore Pack adds everything it ships in one step. Connectors inside a plugin still need to be connected separately, and hooks and subagents only run in Cowork and Claude Code, not in regular chat.

Install
/plugin install procore-pack@claude-code-plugins-plusThe public npm package is @intentsolutionsio/procore-pack. Every public skill slug remains stable across the 2.0.0 quality release.
What changed in 2.0.0
This release replaces the repeated tutorial lattice with distinct operator outcomes grounded in current first-party Procore documentation. It removes guessed fields, one-size-fits-all versions, fixed rate assumptions, unsafe bulk diagnostic archives, and fictional pack-wide version jumps.
Key boundaries:
- User-context apps use OAuth Authorization Code; unattended data connectors use Client Credentials through a permissioned Developer Managed Service Account.
- Company routing, tool permissions, project membership, enabled tools, and DMSA permitted projects jointly determine access.
- Developer, On-Demand, Monthly, and production environments have different key, credential, host, installation, and reset contracts.
- API versions and page limits are endpoint-specific; clients preserve Link, rate, retry, and error metadata.
- Webhooks are best-effort notifications. Durable queues, idempotency, hydration, and periodic REST reconciliation provide complete downstream state.
- Direct uploads, secure downloads, and resource association are separate file contracts.
- Local Grade A validation is not Procore certification, Marketplace approval, or behavioral verification.
Skills
Operating standard
Every skill includes explicit triggers, prerequisites, authentication, bounded instructions, outputs, examples, failure handling, and dated first-party source notes. Provider-side mutations are never implied by installation, validation, or a successful read.
Validate the pack from the repository root:
python3 scripts/validate-skills-schema.py --marketplace --fail-on-warn --min-grade A plugins/saas-packs/procore-pack
python3 -m unittest tests.test_procore_pack_contract -vFirst-party documentation
- Procore developer documentation
- Procore REST API reference
- Choose an authentication method
- Procore sandboxes
- Integration Health

Before you install
- Read the whole file first. Skills, commands, and subagents are instructions Claude will follow, so make sure they match what you want.
- Check which tools, scripts, or MCP servers it uses. Local servers and scripts run with your permissions.
- Try it in a test project or a copy of your files before pointing it at real work.
- Pin the version you tested, and review changes before updating.
- Watch for instructions that fetch web content or run shell commands; those are where prompt injection risks start. See our prompt injection guide.
